NewsA foreign national who had been staying in the country illegally in violation of immigration laws was arrested from Kadolkele in Negombo yesterday. Police said the 27-year-old suspect is a resident of Zimbabwe. He had been staying in the country without a valid visa. Negombo Police are investigating.
