PETALING JAYA: Police have arrested a foreign man for allegedly recording a video of another man inside a public toilet at a shopping mall in Bukit Jalil. Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Rosdi Daud said the suspect, a man in his mid-20s from China, was detained at about 1.28pm on Thursday (March 26) following a report lodged by the victim, a local man. “The incident occurred earlier at about 11am when the complainant was using a men’s toilet on the fourth floor of the shopping mall. “He realised he was being recorded by an individual from the adjacent cubicle using a mobile phone,” ACP Mohd Rosdi said in a statement on Saturday (March 28). Police also seized a mobile phone belonging to the suspect during the arrest.
