The committee will be headed by Director General (Research) of the Foreign Ministry Nowrin AhsanThe Ministry of Foreign Affairs has formed a two-member committee to address allegations regarding oppression of women and sexual harassment. The body, named Women Oppression and Sexual Harassment Complaint Committee, has been formed in accordance with the Supreme Court's guideline on preventing sexual harassment at educational institutions and workplaces, issued in 2009, according to an office order issued by the Foreign Ministry on April 28. The committee will be headed by Director General (Research) of the Foreign Ministry Nowrin Ahsan. The office order added that women working and living in different countries can also file complaints with the committee.
