HONG KONG – Strict rules to try and keep Hong Kong free from Covid-19 are driving away more foreign executives, detracting from the city’s decades-old status as one of the world’s top business hubs. Nearly a third said they were struggling to fill senior positions and had postponed investment in Hong Kong. Chief Executive Carrie Lam said on Saturday that Hong Kong is sticking to its zero infection policy to quell outbreaks.
