McCully called a meeting with Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFAT) chief executive Brook Barrington this morning. MFAT was unable to clarify with the US Administration whether New Zealand dual nationals were captured by US President Donald Trump's travel ban until last night - five days after the policy came into effect.
