Ford’s appearance surprises York Pride organizers, June 16Over the years, Doug Ford has given two reasons for not participating in the Pride parade. In 2014, he was concerned about middle-aged men being “buck naked” in the streets. More recently, he has been concerned about the lack of police officers. The photo of him in the York Region parade shows him as being fully clothed and adjacent to a number of police officers. At least he is being totally consistent.
