What is important is that the fate of the united J&K as per this IoA will be decided by plebiscite and not by the Constitution of India or by the SCI or by Pakistan or by any other entity / instrument. ) .Therefore Prez BIden ought to take the Kashmir problem seriously in the interest of world peace and should get India constrained legally through world community to carry out plebiscite in united J&K as per the mandate of IoA of J&K to India, without any further delay . IT is hoped Prez BIden will rise to the occasion and will start taking keen interest in resolving the Kashmir problem (by ensuring mandatory plebiscite in united J&K) which has the potential of triggering a third war (after two on-going wars namely Ukraine war and Gaza war) and this third war catastrophic between three nuclear countries.
