For the Toronto Raptors, every post-season comes down to one thing: make (shots) or break (hearts)

TORONTO — DeMar DeRozan was asked what his Toronto Raptors had gotten out of their playoff experiences so far, on the eve of their fourth crack at it. Last year, against a Pacers team that had Paul George and not a whole lot else, the Raptors missed at shocking levels. Lowry and DeRozan each shot 32 per cent from the field — that’s with the benefit of rounding up — and Lowry hit just seven three-pointers over seven games.
