BENGALURU: It is a never-ending wait for few customers who had pre-ordered for iPhone 7 and 7 plus on online marketplace Flipkart during the official launch on October 7. While CEO Binny Bansal went out to deliver some of the first orders of the phone on the launch day, disgruntled customers took to Twitter on Monday.“@Flipkart Delayed delivery of #Iphone7 by 28 days??!!! The screen grab indicated expected date of delivery by October 14 which was pushed to November 10 by the customer support executives, with an apology note in the form of a Flipkart voucher of Rs 1000. The 32 GB variant of the phone in black is priced at Rs 60,000.“Of the total orders, 95% have been delivered and we are sourcing the rest over the next three days. Close to 90% of smartphone sales are exclusive launches on the Flipkart marketplace.
