ADVERTISEMENTLate last year, as the primaries were just heating up, pundits and commentators were busy trying to make sense of the Donald Trump phenomenon. The day before his much hyped "policy speech" on immigration, Trump announced that he would fly to Mexico to meet with that country's president. What I always find intriguing about Trump policy speeches is the delivery. But Trump, being Trump, can't help but go off-script. Because for Donald Trump, the policy formulations don't matter, neither do the misstatements, exaggerations or contradictions.
