A football fan was left knocked out in Australia following a brawl that led to a match being abandoned. The incident took place on Friday night during a game between Oakleigh Cannons and Dandenong Thunder in the NPL - Australia’s second tier. Such was the anger of the Thunder fans, the match itself was forced to pause for a period of time, while tempers were calmed down. Social media footage taken on the night shows one supporter even being knocked out cold during the clash between Oakleigh and Dandenong fans. It’s claimed around 500 fans were in attendance at the match, with some allegedly throwing objects at police officers as well.
