LONDON (Reuters) - Chelsea captain Gary Cahill said Chelsea needed their FA Cup win on Saturday to save a disappointing season where they failed to retain their Premier League title and finished fifth, out of the Champions League places. Forward Eden Hazard earned the London side a 1-0 win over Manchester United with a 22nd-minute penalty at Wembley. "This was to save our season. We haven't had a magnificent season by any stretch," Cahill said on the pitch as his team mates celebrated in front of their roaring fans. Especially for me, this is my first season and I win a trophy.
