Food4Hope of rural Beatrice is hosting a free outdoor concert series and local food festival on the first Saturday of the month throughout the summer. Co-owner Teri Sue Mazza said she hopes people will bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the music and the food. In a previous interview, Ron and Terri Sue Mazza said they have a mission with Food4Hope that they believe came directly from God. “I was a first-time bride at 46 years of age,” Terri Sue said. Immediately we both said yes in our heart, but didn’t know what that meant.”Shortly after, Food4Hope was established.
