Kenyans should have already realised that their political leaders have never brought their kids, wives, brothers or even parents to the chaotic protests. Kenyans, especially the youth, have engaged the police in a cat and mouse game in the streets during the weekly anti-IEBC protests. The weekly demonstrations should be stopped and Kenyans should avoid the streets considering that there are other peaceful means of solving the stalemate. The government on the other hand should also give dialogue a chance and help restore peace in the country. They should therefore avoid the demonstrations as they put them at risk of losing their lives or getting injured.
