Environment Canada has ended its fog advisory for Toronto after a morning of near zero visibility in some places. The advisory, which was issued shortly before 4 a.m. on Sunday, was rescinded shortly after 11 a.m. Environment Canada said dense fog had formed overnight but it was expected to dissipate.
