The victim suffered bruising and bleeding, Sgt Watt said. The man was moved away by an "older couple'' who were possibly his parents, but returned and punched the doorman, Sgt Watt said. The man was still throwing punches while he was restrained. The older man then returned and also started throwing punches at staff who were restraining the younger man. He sideswiped seven cars along Fernhill Rd before he was apprehended by a member of the public, Sgt Watt said.
