Temperatures will reach a high of -3 C but will feel closer to -16 C, with strong winds gusting up to 40 km/h, according to Environment Canada. Keep piling on the layers this weekend — the frigid weather is here to stay. Sunday, conditions are more or less the same throughout as temperatures reach a high of -5 C and a low of -10 C, with a 40 per cent chance of flurries. The city has had 18 cold weather alert days this winter, compared to 31 for the 2017-18 season.
