Charity Carson-Hawke, 44, filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday alleging that Jeremy pinned her against a bathroom wall, grabbed her breasts, and tried to force her to touch his penis against her will. ‘Sexual assault allegations against Ron Jeremy are under review by our office,’ a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said at the time. The civil lawsuit compounds the legal woes for Jeremy, whose real name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt. Jeremy entered the pleas to seven additional charges including three of forcible rape, according to a statement from the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.
