Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) asked the courts to order the woman to leave the hospital and authorise police to help, reported the Tallahassee Democrat. “TMH staff made repeated efforts to assist the defendant in safely completing discharge,” according to the lawsuit filed at the beginning of March.
