Police are investigating after a Republican headquarters in Volusia County, Florida, was riddled with bullets this past weekend, party leaders said. At least four shots were fired overnight Sunday, Volusia County Republican Chairman Tony Ledbetter confirmed to Fox News on Monday. The chairman said he believes it was "more than likely a drive-by shooting." The Daytona Police Department did not immediately respond to Fox News' requests for comment on the incident Monday afternoon. Republican Party of Florida Chairman Blaise Ingoglia echoed Henry's response, saying in a statement Monday afternoon the party "stand[s] against any type of violence against any volunteer, Republican or Democrat."
