Heavy flooding in Mong Kok in the early hours. In Mong Kok, the intersection of Argyle Street and Sai Yee Street was flooded at 8:00am, causing a heavy traffic jam. In Tseung Kwan O, several traffic accidents occurred on roads leading to Kowloon and movement was badly affected when vehicles backed up. The Transport Department said warned that road traffic accidents are clogging the approach to the Hong Kong-bound route of the Cross Harbour Tunnel. Vehicles are jammed up to Argyle Street, and Princess Margaret Road in Mong Kok.
