Sherril and Terina Sprague rose early to make the drive from Highland to the #roseparade . pic.twitter.com/w15WAD1GmmTerina Sprague, 34, was taking in the Rose Parade from a section set aside for people with disabilities. Brianne Ernst, a Tournament of Roses volunteer, said the city provides seating for people with disabilities on a first come, first served basis in three places along the parade route. One section is in front of the Paseo on Colorado Boulevard, where the vision- and hearing-impaired usually sit. Another section is on Colorado Boulevard and St. John Avenue, and a third is near the end of the parade route.
