A Chennai-based Flipkart delivery agent has been arrested for stealing a number of iPhones from his employer, in a scheme he carried out for over a month before being caught. According to the New Indian Express, his idea was to place fake orders for iPhones in the Washermenpet area, where he was the foremost delivery agent. Naveen’s employer eventually noticed a disconcerting pattern, with an unusually high number of dissatisfied customers returning fake products in the Naveen’s area. The total value of the phones, since recovered by the police, stands at over Rs 5 lakh.
