A feud between two flatmates led to a serious physical altercation and court proceedings for them both. On December 5, an argument broke out after the defendant accused his flatmate of owing him money and tapping his phone. She walked to the police station and informed staff that the defendant had ammunition in several areas of the house. Winsloe told the court that his flatmate had ‘‘lost it’’ a few times, allegedly causing about $10,000 worth of damage to the house. He sentenced Winsloe to six months’ community detention and 12 months’ supervision and ordered that the ammunition be destroyed.
