We’re still seven days out, but it feels like “Fed Week” already. The European Central Bank (ECB) wraps up its meeting tomorrow morning and a policy announcement is expected around the time the U.S. market opens Thursday. Record Proves ElusiveDespite the drop in yields and fewer tapering concerns, the stock market can’t seem to make much hay this week. The Cboe Volatility Index (VIX) hit seven-week lows yesterday near 16.5, compared with the historic average of around 20.
