Samuel Waltho, 37, stood in the bushes beside a swimming centre in Birmingham and coughed to get the young girl's attention before exposing his genitals. Waltho approached the youngster on a grass verge just after midday on May 1 and exposed himself, Birmingham Live reported. The staff member noted his BMW registration plate which was traced to his home address, where he was arrested less than three hours after the offence. "Thanks to the alert staff member, and prompt investigation by local officers, Waltho was arrested a short time later the same day. Waltho also admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order banning him from having unsupervised access to children.
