The latest Toyota RAV4 was named the Stuff Motoring Top Car of 2019 in November. The first-generation RAV4 really set the template for what it now means to be a modern SUV. But just prior to the launch of the production RAV4, Toyota had already started development of a five-door. The short and the longSUPPLIED RAV4 short wheelbase was only for select markets - but NZ was one of them. The hybridSUPPLIED Fifth generation RAV4 is the first to be sold in NZ as a hybrid (although it's not the first hybrid RAV4).
