The accident occurred at Battali on Tuesday evening, Chandraganj Police Station OC Jasim Uddin said. The SUV was bound for Dhaka, he saidFour of the dead have been identified as Runu Akter, 45, her son ‘Miraz’, 7, and Mir Hossain, 7, from Noakhali, and driver ‘Sumon’, 45, from Laxmipur. She was transferred to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital from the Noakhali General Hospital. Maksudur Rahman, a medical officer at the Noakhali hospital, said four of the bodies were kept at the hospital.
