This is the fifth year that Insurance Times has conducted the MGA survey, investigating brokers’ opinions, attitudes and levels of satisfaction with the services they receive from their MGA partners. In addition, for the fifth consecutive year, Insurance Times has given a star rating out of five, linked to performance score. This provides a more practical tool to help brokers assess MGAs and for MGAs to benchmark performance more easily. The 2024/25 MGA survey was open to UK brokers throughout July and September 2024. The MGA survey focused on how brokers rated the overall service provided to them by their MGA partners over the past 12-month business period.
