I know I'm good at what I do. People always ask me "When are you going to start your own company?" I don't want to come up with a business idea, get investors and hire employees. I don't want to worry the way business owners and CEOs have to worry. I didn't have stock options so I didn't get a windfall when the company was sold -- only two months of severance.
