GettyThe Golden State Warriors finally finished off their first-round series against the Clippers with a 129-110 victory in Los Angeles last night. With James Harden playing as well as ever the Rockets backcourt poses perhaps the biggest challenge the Warriors will face this year. Beyond foul trouble though, the ever-present cause of Golden State Warriors’ existential angst is the state of Curry’s ankles. There’s a short turnaround between the first two games of the Rockets series, but then there are a full three days off before the series resumes in Houston. The real reason the Rockets took the Warriors to seven games was because they held the Warriors to lower point totals in two of those games.
