BRIAN McKEEVER: The 37-year-old from Canmore, Alta., made history in 2010 when he was named to both the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic teams. He’s raced at four Paralympics — winning 13 medals, including 10 gold — and remains the top visually-impaired cross-country skier. She was a wrestler and triathlete before switching to nordic skiing after suffering severe nerve damage in her right arm.
