A Dhaka court has framed the charges against five accused in the Banani rape case. The court also rejected both the discharge and bail petitions filed by the lawyers of the five accused. All of the accused have given confessional statements before the court. Investigators scrutinised the guest register of the Raintree Hotel and found that the rapists had stored liquor on March 27 night for the next night’s birthday party.
