During the current session, experts shall focus on drafting a regional fishing project. Apart from the regional fishing project, experts are also drawing up a manual for budgeting operations with the ultimate goal of stimulating growth within the sector. The Regional commission, to proceed, began with a scrutiny of the problems hindering fish production in the continent. Another major issue that poses as an impediment to the development of the sector is illegal fishing.
