Article Continued BelowBunch of sweeps, a few five-game “gentlemen’s sweeps” and more blowouts than a Tuesday night in January, it’s been a dog’s breakfast of an opening round. But other than that, and maybe now the Clippers after last night’s win, there really hasn’t been much special about the first round. Probably has to do with time zones and starting times and the lateness of the games in those two series, right? Hopefully the second round series, which we’ll delve more into in the 48 hours or so, can rescue this time of year because it needs rescuing.
