Cecilia Abena Dapaah as the Guest of Honour at the maiden conference of Women in Logistics and Transport-Ghana (WiLAT-Ghana). He pledged CILT’s continuous support for WiLAT and its activities so as to enhance their growth and development. WiLAT-Ghana:Women in Logistics and Transport (WiLAT) were launched in June 2013 to promote the logistics and transport industry to female members and to encourage and support their career development. With its ever growing membership, WiLAT has the vision to be the most sought after for advocacy, professionalism and empowerment of women in Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport. Its mission is to promote the status of women in Logistics and Transport, to bring together those who support talent and career development of women and to provide a support network and mentoring opportunities for women in the sector.
