After his commentary stint with legendary Gavaskar, Karthik uploaded a picture on his social media with the 'Little Master' stating he enjoyed a game of tennis. Soon after the picture was uploaded and received likes, Gavaskar's son Rohan was quick to react hilariously to Karthik's tweet. He stated that Karthik once "took his spot" in India's playing XI and now he is again taking it during the premier tennis tournament. "When DK (Dinesh Karthik) made his debut for India, he took my spot in the playing XI against England.
