You will not get XP or unlock new perks in this beta, that’s all been opened up for your from moment one. If that’s indicative of how drop-in multiplayer may work in D2, that’s pretty damn cool, and I hope we see a lot more of this. The way Destiny 2 is setting up weapons is a tad confusing. It was way, way more involved than just “kill this tanky thing,” which is the kind of encounter we’ve seen with the last few Destiny DLC strikes. The Crucible went about as well as I expected the Crucible to go given that A) I have not played Destiny on PS4 in three years and B) I am bad at Crucible.
