Traders at First Garden morning market hope Ipoh City Council (MBI) will legalise their business, as enforcement actions are disrupting their livelihoods. There are about 40 unlicensed traders operating on Lorong Taman 10 and Lorong Taman 11 in First Garden, near the commercial centre.
