Firefighters suppress 3-alarm blaze at Surrey industrial park


Surrey firefighters have extinguished a 3-alarm fire that broke out at an industrial park early Wednesday morning. Flames could be seen shooting out of the roof of the building used to build outdoor furniture. Flames could be seen shooting from the roof of Frances Andrew Site Furnishings. It took almost two hours and 24 firefighters to extinguish the flames. (Robin Batchelor/CBC)While it is still unclear what sparked the blaze, Surrey Fire and Rescue have confirmed the fire started inside the woodworking shop.
