No one was injured after a fire broke out in a strip mall in west Edmonton on Sunday morning. The roof of the strip mall was damaged and smoke still lingered in the air near the strip mall Sunday afternoon. The front windows of the restaurant were rippled or broken from the heat of the fire. The fire was declared under control at around 9:15 a.m. and was declared out at around 2:30 p.m. There were no occupants in the restaurant and no one was injured.
