Radyo Inquirer 990 AM reported that the fire broke out from the stockroom of Robinsons Supermarket located inside Victory Central Mall around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) raised a first alarm on the fire about 30 minutes later. The report said firefighters are having difficulty entering the establishment because of the heavy smoke.
