PAGADIAN CITY–A fire razed a semi-concrete house in Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur as the province started the annual Fire Prevention Month campaign. No one was injured in the fire that broke out around 1:40 a.m. in Purok Malipayon in Barangay San Isidro, according to San Isidro village councilor Leonora Lacsado.
