Fire investigators are trying to establish the cause of a large fire in a commercial building in Dunedin. Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) received multiple calls about a fire in a building on Hillside Rd, in south Dunedin, about 12.50am on Saturday. FENZ spokesman Mau Barbara said crews arrived to find the building, a 15 metre by 15 metre concrete block structure on Hillside Rd between Cutten and Wesley streets, "well involved". Barbara said a fire investigator arrived on the scene about 2.20am. An investigator returned later on Saturday morning, and was still working to determine the cause, he said.
