MANILA, Philippines — Fire struck a commercial establishment along Recto Avenue in Manila Thursday afternoon, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said. A report from the BFP-National Capital Region Public Information Office said the fire reached second alarm at 4:33 p.m. ADVERTISEMENTManila Public Information Office (MPIO) said the fire broke out at commercial establishments in front of Far Eastern University (FEU) along Morayta Street.
