A report from Barangay 719 chairman Jimy Adriano stated that they recorded a fatality following a two-hour blaze that broke out at the 8th floor of the 22-story Legaspi Tower 300 along Roxas Boulevard. The fire reached the fourth alarm before it was declared under control at 7:40 p.m. The Bureau of Fire Protection said that the fire started around 5:52 p.m.Officials have yet to determine its cause.
