The fire broke out at the warehouse of Thainakornpaint and Chemical Co on Ramkhamhaeng Soi 201 in Min Buri district, said Pol Capt Kowit Khraikhruan, deputy investigation chief at Min Buri police station, who was reported at about 1.30am. Fire trucks and crews were despatched to the warehouse as flames spread rapidly, fuelled by paint chemicals and thinner stored inside. Lampai Inkhlong, 56, a security guard, said he heard a loud bang coming from the back of the warehouse and then flames quickly erupted.
