KULAI: A new plastic processing factory storehouse in Taman Desa Idaman here was destroyed by a massive fire. Its owner Tan Tuan Cheng said he bought the 0.67ha land next to his factory for RM5mil several months ago. “I was shocked to see the storehouse engulfed in flames,” he said yesterday. “The fire broke out when all the workers were having their break,” he said, adding that there were about 20 workers. Saiful said about 80% of the storehouse was destroyed and that they were still investigating the cause.
