Thirteen fire and rescue crews battled a blaze at a commercial building in west Edmonton on Friday afternoon. "As we came down the street, we could see the building was fully involved," said fire captain Rob Allen. They also called in additional crews, because the building was close to other buildings, including a residential complex. Thirteen fire and rescue crews were called the scene of a fire in the west end at the Fireplace and Stove Centre commercial building. Photographs from the scene showed flames and billowing black smoke rising from a commercial building.
