Fire and Emergency crews work on putting out a blaze at Noodle Canteen in Hardy St, Nelson on Thursday morning. A takeaway shop in Nelson’s central city was damaged by a fire which started in the kitchen and spread through the ventilation system. Members of the public reported flames coming from Noodle Canteen, on Hardy St, around 9.35am on Thursday.
